This is a great book for anyone new to soil science to understand key concepts and considerations. Based on this introduction readers can narrow their focus for additional in depth research from other sources. Newbies will not be overwhelmed by overly-technical jargon and specific implementation practices. In fact, I would recommend this book for young people and homeschoolers to open the doors for further discussion on soil science. The eBook gift was a nice surprise! Thank you!
