Amazing!

I’m new to this type of diet, so when I came across this book I was excited to pick it up. It’s incredibly informative and the recipes I’ve been able to try so far are delicious! And I just love the diet plan because it takes the guessing out of what to make for dinner each night. Highly recommend.

This book has a good compilation of anti-inflammatory recipes. For a beginner who wants to dive in exploring dishes that are yummy and tummy friendly, this book comes really handy. Thanks to this book coz I have already have some recipes lined up for me to try.
