great info but expected more of a step by step process
This was really new and eye opening information which, for a self development junkie like myself, was a great find! Something I tried and it has already started to make a difference slightly. But, I didn’t like that throughout the book he kept talking about his clients successes. I was craving to know HOW they got that success. It was touched on and explained somewhat but not to enough detail. The entire time reading the book, he mentioned his website 20x and how you should go to the website to learn more. I felt like it was just an upsell.
Did I learn something new? Yes. Will I check out the website? Yes. I want to know more. Did I have fun reading the book? Yes and no. I was frustrated because I wanted more.
Overall pretty interesting and a new tool or idea for my self development corner :)
A unique perspective on the process of realigning our thoughts to accomplish our goals. A bit technical for my liking but the overall premise of the book was delivered in it’s content. Fav quote:

It’s a fresh approach to linking goals with the body not just the mind. I also liked learning about our addictions and allergies. A quick read. Going to the videos soon. Just heard him speak on stage too at Sarah Petty’s Immersion and we did some exercises. Learning more tomorrow. Thanks Tyler!
