Some interesting concepts especially the “G.R.O.W mind set” and mostly relevant for internal consultancy. Touched on a little Change Management, which I probably wouldn’t consider to be relevant to an consultant, except being aware of it. Recommended reading from AHRI on their HR internal consultant course
