Quick read about the current infrastructure and architecture of Ulcinj, Montenegro. It highlights the history, problems the city is facing with unregulated building, lack of upkeep of historic places, and potential solutions. I hope the suggestions in this book are taken up by the government, but I suspect there are a lack of funds and political will to carry them out.
