After watching the movie twice (before I read the book) I used to think Gulliver’s Travels was only with the little guys and giants. The book has so much more and it’s so nice! I’m actually glad that it’s different than the movie because otherwise I would already know everything that happens. The part where the horses are superior is my favourite part because it’s just such a weird thought.

All the best parts of Gulliver's Travels

This is a very good adaptation for children. It keeps the essentials and edits out the more inappropriate passages. I just finished reading it with my 9 year-old. Thank you!

Kids loved it

Kids were dying to hear new stories. The ending fell a bit flat because the nuances were lost. Worth a read
