My favorite flora guides are the ones organized by color, so handy.

This book often finds itself going along with us on our hiking trails. The entire book is color coded and super easy to use. Love it !

Very easy to use guide, arranged by flower color and then within color arranged by family. Use of "common names" for the families (Aster Family rather than Asteraceae) is a little bit confusing at first but as a non-botanist I appreciate it overall. Easy index in the back with common and scientific names. I appreciate the notes about similar species, and especially the notes about historic uses!

The wildflowers in this book are organized into colors, so it is really easy for me to identify the flowers I find.
