Home for the summer, college athlete Chip Hilton hopes to occupy the restless and destructive young people of the town by involving them in a sports program, with an emphasis on baseball.
It was fun to see Chip Hilton back home in Valley Falls. He was handed a big job, but in true Chip Hilton fashion, he tackles it head on. I love seeing how Chip and Soapy work with kids and teens. Great examples, and Chip isn’t afraid to say things that need said. Sometimes honesty and truly listening goes a long way toward solving issues. I liked that there is some praying in this book. Recommended.
