Subsequently, he served as a counterintelligence officer assigned to the Naval Intelligence Command in Washington. Now an international banker, Mr. Leib has an AB from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia. He lives in Westport, Connecticut. His first book, Fire Arrow, is a high-tech military thriller set in today's North Africa.
