Crude at points so only beneficial to those that can look beyond it. Starts off as an author's narrative of his experiences during his wife's pregnancy, but progresses into a compilation and interpretation of scientific research and layman interviews about the occurrence of men experiencing pregnancy symptoms, and the birth from husband and wife into mother and father.

The book had it's good points. I enjoyed the stories of what he went through but mixed in was a lot of philosophical thoughts and scientific stuff.
