I read this and the others as a child and now as an adult the stories are still magical.

Enjoyed this book, but not quite as much as some of the others. The Muffin family stories were all make believe about the Pippins and I prefer the more realistic ones. My kids loved the whole book and really seemed to grasp each new idea presented in the bible story and corresponding Muffin family story.
