This was a good audio program - I listened to the full program / 24 months of volumes within about 3 weeks vs the actual title of "vol 1" as the title here suggests - so volume 1 and 2 is as far as I got / assuming it's the full program

Every month Randy discusses a important aspect of life and personal growth - only down fall I think was at times it seemed as a PR campaign to sell the experts books that he bought / interviewed for some months as not equally were great topics being discussed or as valueble compared to others
