Barron's all-new sixth edition of Pass Key to the New GRE is an abbreviated version of Barron's new full-size GRE test preparation manual. Reflecting the GRE's brand-new format in both the Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning sections, this latest edition of Pass Key to the GRE offers extensive practice and review for all test topics plus two full-length model GREs with answer keys and answer explanations for all questions. Like Barron's full-size GRE manual, this Pass Key version is expected to be available in time for students planning to take the new-format GRE, which becomes effective in August 2011.
I loved the way the book was laid out, however I found some mathematical errors (and I'm no genius) and this book has gone through way too many editions to have any errors. Otherwise, the book explained problems better than the Dummies series.
I was really excited to find a novel-sized GRE study guide... until I started reading the answer explanations. It suggests doing most things the hard way. I definitely wouldn't suggest this for anyone looking for anything beyond the most basic "cheat sheets."
Arg. Pretty good considering what you have to do - the tips given are helpful and easy to read when you are reading them in the car before the actual test
