Una buena lectura que está muy relacionada con aspectos motivacionales, en algunas ocasiones considero que el límite entre ambas características del liderazgo se traslapan. Continene ejercicios para autoconocimiento del nivel de influencia personal y estrategias para desarrollar el mismo dentro de las empresas.
