The Sinister Art of Edoal OVER THE COURSE of time, Edoal has sold well over 200 pieces. He doesn’t know exactly how many. But the records are all somewhere among his slides of his color paintings, including his spray can art, and bone sculptures. During the Viet Nam era Edoal served in the Navy. Out of the service he briefly worked as a professional model for art classes back in the late 1970s when he was attending college. Of course, he was an art major and the money he made as a model helped put him through art school. And all this time Edoal has still been working on his passion, his art, selling and creating new pieces all the time, starting in the late 1970s and continuing into the present. Along the way Edoal has met a lot of cool people, many who have influenced his art, Robert Anton Wilson, Timothy Leary, and his pal, Ram Dass…and G. Gordon Liddy. Edoal is a true original, creating and producing his special, sinister brand of art since the late 1970s. His work has appeared in Amazing Stories, Analog, and Night Visions to mention just a few. Now for the first time in over thirty-five years a slice of his life has been collected into this portfolio.
