Toler covers a lot of ground and gives many good suggestions on how to live a total quality life. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to move forward and make himself into a better person. He usually has spiritual and biblical asides alongside his practical suggestions. Taking the initiative and having goals and a strategy to reach those goals is emphasized throughout. Very motivational.
