I guess if you are becoming a physical education teacher this book would be good for you. But i am not. I am on the road to becoming an elementary teacher and I could barely keep my eyes open reading this book. Save for a few sections which I found useful, this book was redundant to the extreme. A topic that could easily be written out and explained in one page took thirty. It was hard to sit there and read this.
Please remember though, this is MY personal view on this book.

I'm a little bit in love with this book. Written for physical education teachers it has scope and sequence, lesson plans and assessments. It's really designed for elementary, but as a preschool teacher this book will find a place among my most used resources.
