This book is about these kids and they knew a strom was coming and these kids couldnt find there mom read this book.

this book is about people that where in a hurricane. the characters are Bobby, Cesar, Laina,Michael, Marisol and Ramon. Bobby is a worker at a market and so is laina and Cesar. Laina's not sure about her friend so she takes bobby and Cesar to go and see if she made it to a shelter in the process though the hurricane started and they ran into some kids that were separated from there mom so they were staying at there house but laina got hurt and was struggling to get by. Cesar is a low life that thought that stealing was OK during a hurricane.

I think that this book is a good short story that I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with good reads.
