A former Fitness Director of Prevention magazine, she created a marathon walking program and coached thousands to complete long distance events nationwide. Michele has developed training programs for organizations including Harvard Health Publishing, Silver Sneakers, Tivity Health, Weight Watchers, and ACE. I really liked this except for the toning walk. I can't see myself walking around the neighborhood with an exercise band. You know those people who can't walk and chew gum? That would be me...
