I thought the book "Utah's Green River: A Fly Fisher's Guide to the Flaming Gorge Tailwater", by Dennis Breer, was awesome. It informed me about the best parts of the Green River and how to fish them. It taught me about the sections of the green river and how each section was different, and how to fish each section the most efficiently.
My dad and I are going to Utah this Summer and I have no background on fishing in Utah. I have heard the Green River is beautiful and that you could individually catch almost 15-30 trout each trip. The information this book has provided is very useful especially because of my lack of knowledge on the Green River. I recommend this book to people who might want to get better at fly fishing, or just want to know the best way to fish the Green River.
