This wickedly delightful parody of a children's book cleverly lampoons President Bush, who seems to go happily about the White House with no apparent interest in current events or pressing issues of national security. Inside each pocket page is a fictional piece of mail addressed to the commander-in-chief. The letters, postcards, and greeting cards tucked into the book deliver delicious laughs for the reader. What could be in the letter from Saddam Hussein? What exactly does Osama bin Laden want? What's the good word from Dick Cheney? And why hasn't the president read any of these important messages?

This is an excellent coffee table book. One that you can leave out and watch your friends pick up and hold, "Should I open it and look at it?" you can hear them think to themselves. This is book that will just make you chuckle when you read it, the whole 20 minutes it takes to read the book. There are interactive "envelopes" that the reader can pull out "letters" that the president just never got around to reading. This book makes a great gift for any of your Democrat or Liberal friends.
It's a silly little read. Each page has a short rhyme with a little drawing. Letters can be pulled out and read. If you're not fond of President Bush then you'll probably love this book about his daughters drinking, VP Cheney starting wars to control oil and President Bush happily oblivious to it all.
