It also tackles the theoretical challenge of bridging the traditional divide between international relations and comparative politics.
I had high hopes for this and it just wasn't very substantive. His theory was related to this idea of club v. networked multilateralism but the evidentiary basis was weak. I was hoping for more theoretical and political/legal analysis.
