It was pretty good, but the end could have been better, longer and more discribing.

Wrong number by Yashiba is a marvellous book about the surprises in life, finding love and learning how to move on. Sophie is the kind of girl that talks without stopping and rambles a lot. Sophie and her boyfriend, Ryan, were suppose to celebrate their one year anniversary in a nice restaurant talking about how much they loved each other. What really happened? She walked in on him cheating on her with another girl. Sophie was heart broken. The moment she got home, she dialed her best friend’s number and told her about her whole night for about 10 minutes without stopping. When she finished a deep male voice told her she dialed the wrong number but that if he could he would punch Ryan. They later became friends and then lovers. Austin and her were in love. What Sophie didn’t know was that Ryan was a crazy psycho and wanted Sophie to himself.

Yashiba wrote an amazing book about the ups and downs of life. This book tells us how life in not smooth and easy, there are some bumps along the way but in the end everything turns out okay. It explains us how a person can look happy and cheerful on the outside but on the inside they might be sad and broken.“Ryan crumpled down to the floor, sitting down, grabbing his hair and crying softly. This was not the Ryan I knew. The Ryan I knew was cheery, he laughed and he smiled.” She never knew Ryan had a soft side, she thought he didn’t care about her and that he was always happy but he was the opposite of that, he was dying. Finally, it shows us how much a person can do for the person she truly loves. “I saw his fingers pull the trigger and I pushed Austin to the ground and I stepped in between. And then the pain invaded my body,”. Sophie knew someone was going to get hurt but she didn’t want that person to be Austin so she saved him by taking bullet for him. This quote shows us what true love really is. All the things this book shows us, are realistic. They are relatable and happen in real life. That’s what one might enjoy about this book and why many should read it. The characters don’t have a perfect life, and they are not fake. They go what we go through. The characters are not perfect, their life is not easy or smooth like in the fairytales. This book shows us how life is not perfect and that’s one thing everyone will love about this book. This is a highly recommended book for teenagers from age 13-19. Guys could also read this but it would fit the girls’ preferences in genre more. If you like realistic, romantic and suspenseful book than this is the perfect book for you.

1. I decided to read this book because it looked girlie.

2. This book fitted into my bingo board being "A book which relates to our classroom theme of friendship" this is because the main character has a lot of arguments with her best friend and I think that this shows that friendships will have their ups and downs.

3. My favourite quote from this book was: "I suppose your right. I don't want to spoil it for everyone. I wont come" because I think that it shows that she wasn't just think about herself.

4. Something that I learnt from this book was friends have a lot of problems to do with boys

5. A character that I found interesting was her best friend because she did something that hurt her friend and she didn't really care, in fact she was angry with her friend.

Småsøt og enkel historie om Marie som kjeder seg og blir ringt opp av en fyr som har feil nummer, men som likevel ringer igjen.
