I am inspired by My God: Even in the Last Minute by Dr.Dolapo Bablola. I've always believed and experience that happiness is a choice we make in life. Dr. Bablola, has proved my points in My God: Even in the Last Minute. The title itself speaks volumes to readers. Faced with immigration trouble she, opted to remain faithful and optimistic, despite the many, many, set backs she'd endured. Faith is Key.

Dr. Bablola gives great pointed on how to de-stress. Stressful situations can cause havoc on the body. Dr. Bablola introduces and presents to others what is called Cortisol; a not so good hormone, that is released in response to stress. Stress can cause havoc on the body.

Then there are Endorphins, the good hormones that are released into the body! This inspired me to up my exercise regime, and to think on good things, as I want to live a healthy and productive life. Dr. Bablola saturated this book with her strong faith and the word of God, and has shared a side with us, in a way that is not preachy but motivational.
