Greedy Marian and other folktales of the Antilles. (Juan Bobo) is about a boy who is running errands for his mother. Although she gives him instructions, he messes them all up. I would not read this story to children because his mother calls him names and threatens physical punishment when he messes up. From the story I assume that he has a mental disability, but he is laughed at and ridiculed by others in his town.
