This is a good book for first aiders or just people that want to learn more about the body and how to help people if they are in need of insistence. This book is also a very good learning opportunity not just for adults but for children to so if one gets hurt the other can help. I really enjoy this book and love learning about how I can help people if they get hurt. I really do recommend this book for anyone kids/adults. I hope you will try this book and I hope even that you like it and continue reading it. If you think it’s for you then it’s probably is. 10/10 I love this book and so will you.

A comprehensive guide for first aiders. I couldn't get through it completely, but it is essentially a hand-book. Well worth keeping within reach. Every life is valuable, every life is worth saving.
