This book includes the complete text of about 90 letters by Frederick Dibblee, who was a railway engineer in India and Burma, from 1874 to his death in 1888. These letters were written in the last three years of his life, and include descriptions of his life out in India and Burma, as well as the difficulties of having his wife and children in England.
