Maintaining its standard of excellence, this revised and updated edition of Modern Real Estate Practice inlcudes more illustrations and examples than ever before. This new edition addresses buyer brokerage and sales agreements, the new facilitator or intermediary agent status, technology in the work place and environmental considerations in real estate as well as the principles of real estate law, finance, valuation and investment.
Pass the test on the first try! This book has excellent exclamations, very good glossary, and tons of practice questions. There are a few typos in the book, and even in one of the answer keys that was incredibly annoying – but maybe the next edition will have those corrected. Very helpful if you’re applying for a real estate license.
Tremendously informative, but since there is no national licensing I felt a large portion of this book pointed me toward my specific state, rather than giving me a baseline. It is a good jumping off point, nonetheless.
