I hated the first chapter and then like the rest. It was very calming. I would recommend it to people who are reading other Buddhist stuff, though, because it's kind of like reading nothing, or reading the same thing over and over again, which is the point.

I found myself picking the book up when I needed it most. It's one of those kinds of books. It was helpful for me but again, it's one of those books that is best when it is the right time for the reader.

This is a book I would recommend for a coffee shop or park light reading. It's a simple and short book that brings eastern philosophy into the western mind set. I don't know if it's still in print or not - but I found it in a used book store near a college.
