I felt this book did not really hold true to its title. I wish it had went into more details about the Ley lines of the entire world rather than just the UK, but I may have missed, as I ended up skimming. If you were doing a research project on the UK Ley lines, this might be good for you. If you want a Ley lines for dummies, probably not for you. 😉

I have given this book 4 Stars more for the information and ideas which are fascinating.

However, this book could do with a really good editor as David Cowan goes into far too much detail when an overview is what it needed.

Still well worth the read.

I was hoping for a book that talked about ley lines worldwide. This book focuses primarily on Scotland an England. Maybe that would be good to include that info on the cover or back cover. However towards the end they do offer some interesting theories on crop circles and other strange phenomenon.

I really wanted to like this book as it has some interesting ideas but it's just so poorly written -- confusing, repetitive, verbose, impenetrable -- that I gave up. If it met with an excellent editor, or perhaps ANY editor, it could be a real gem.

Quite a hard slog through the authors different trips. It would have helped if I had a better knowledge of Scottish geography.
