I really enjoyed reading this book and used it for a school reading response. Recommended for those who are interested in the second world war and are looking for an easy read.

Thoroughly researched reconstruction of the life and eventual loss of his relative, Col Jones, a navigator from New Zealand who flew in Bomber Command. The detailed description of this aspect of World War II from the Allied and German flyer's perspectives at a personal level is informative and absorbing. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to others with an interest in WWII history.

Kind of got this by accident, but is is a pretty interesting story of a man tracking down what happened to his Uncle who died during the war. He tracked down who shot down his Uncle's plane (pilot was still alive). its interesting reading.
