Good book for moving between botany and art but IS NOT "step by step", this book suggests practicing with other still life subjects, using magnifiers and microscopes for studying plants, cutting your own subjects and even selecting flowers with a good scent? I would have expected a step by step for learning the general shapes of flowers and how the outlines are made for this but this was featured sporadically and without much detail how, so half the steps from start to finish are essentially missing, I feel cheated.
