Of course I am biased, but I am very excited about this book which I co-authored with Suzanne Hanser. The book is designed to assist the reader to use music to promote wellness. Suzanne and I not only understand the potency of music through our professional careers as music therapists, but through our own health care experiences. The programs are evidence-based and were tested in our research studies - so we really do know that they can be effective.
