Not as thorough as the famous Radiotron Designer's Handbook, but a lot cheaper on the used market, and a good summary of the principles of vacuum tube circuit operation and circuit design, state-of-the-art at the time. Covers all the major topics including small signal amplifiers, tuned RF amplifiers, power amplifiers, oscillators, filters, modulators/de-modulators, and industrial/counter circuits. Also a bit about those new-fangled transistors and computer circuits! Includes a set of student exercises at the end of each chapter.
