This is wonderful book with excellent photography. I have never been to Tibet and so this gave me a very good feel for the monastery. If you have been to Samye, this would be a great book to have as a remembrance. If you have never been to Tibet, this book offers a nice basic introduction to the monastery in addition to the photography.
