There's two of these, the Great Meat Cookbook and the Complete Meat Cookbook. Neither is exactly this title, but whatever.

I really liked this book, and I'll probably buy it at some point. It has a great breakdown of all the different cuts of beef, which ones are interchangeable, and how to cook each one. It has a "master recipe" for a cut/style, then the recipes are variations on the master. Pretty good idea. I'm looking forward to cooking a lot more meat!
