I had to read this for my university course and it was one of the clearest, most interesting text books I've had yet in my law course. Palmer and Gans are very good at distilling concepts in such a way that you can grasp them on first read. I loved this class!

This was really a simplification of the principles of evidence. It was a good resource for starting points in the assignment and exam, backed up by the more thorough Odgers. Thanks!
