This book is amazing one ! Loved the familiar vibes and realistic achievable spell work and craft. Over the years I found it difficult to achieve the works in books. Look forward to revisiting this in future and seeing where it leads me. Also love the ethic places to buy items at the back and one of the stores mentioned is one I love an adore!

This book has become a staple to my every day practice. It very clearly lays out the basics of spellwork, down to casting a circle and cleansing your sacred space which would make it ideal for a beginner. I am not a beginner however, I found it to be a really good recap (we all slip into bad/lazy habits from time to time) and the author provided some really good spells that would be suitable for any solitary practitioner, beginner or advanced. The book is set into chapters relating to the four different elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) and the spells are related to these elements with a focus on mental health, stress and burnout. Overall, it was a really good read and I often refer back to this book in my practice.

it involves using every kind of witchcraft into your practice but they make it easy for you to do in your day to day life. Enjoyed the bath time ideas, never thought of using tea bags for the bath to cleanse yourself!
