This book could teach children patience because as their father was driving them into the city, they had to learn to wait. When the children were looking for toys, their father said they had to choose. After looking all around the toy store, they finally made a decision. This book could also show an example of how to make a decision. Would also be great to ask the students "which toy will they choose" or "which you would you choose?"

For kindergarten children, I would use this book in the classroom to expose children to richer vocabulary words and varied sentence structure.

This a good book for the class library. The story didn't excite me very much.
