Scary to think that teachers in k-3 classrooms in Florida wouldn’t be allowed to have this in their classroom library bc one page describes two dads

This book is written for children who come from diverse families and that it is alright to accept everyone even though their families may be different then what we are used to. It is written in simple language so young readers will be able to read it on their own.

Yes, families are different but they all love one another. The pages are shiny. This book can help teachers make small sense of the changes that are in our world for small children.
