Good facts and good flow even though it may be boring at times

This is a well done little book about the building of the Panama Canal, with lots of photos. I mainly skimmed the text because I don't care about civil engineering that much. Nevertheless, what I did look at with all the giant machines and such was impressive. Mainly I cared about the public health aspects, and that part was fascinating.
