What a weird little book! Black & white line drawings with captions tell the story.
Why do those potato pancakes laugh?
The answer made no sense, but this is certainly a jolly story - what with Golda Meir frying latkes, and my favorite panel - children getting new books for Hanukkah presents.

W-a-y better than socks, eh?
