This is an amazing children's book! This would be great for parents with young children, for grandparents, neighbors and preschool classrooms at churches or daycare centers.

Author Charles F. Boyd wrote this book because he saw a need in the church. "We're not equipping parents to share the gospel with their children in a way they can understand."

It can also be used to help non-Christians understand what the Bible Story is all about through his storyline approach of sharing the gospel from Genesis to Revelation.

Great quotes:
"We teach Bible stories, but not the Bible's Story."
"Because Abraham believed God's promises, he was called the friend of God."
"God provided the people with everything they needed to live in friendship with Him."
"So God sent His Son, Jesus, to tell His people He still loved them."
"Today, the church is a community made up of people from all over the world."

Dennas Davis did outstanding work in his/her illustrations.

This book is perfect for all Christians who work with young children. It can be used to help older children, teenagers and even adults understand the simple Gospel message as it is presented from Genesis to Revelation in this awesome storyline approach. Highly recommended!

We were loaned this book by our children's pastor because it provides a great overview of the Bible and an explanation of salvation. It reminds me of an abbreviated version of "The Jesus Storybook Bible". It's also beautifully illustrated by Dennas Davis, who is a local art instructor in our city.

Our directional leader and pastor, Charlie Boyd, wrote this book several years ago. He wanted to give parents a resource to share the gospel with their children. I had the wonderful opportunity of helping him just a little especially in the beginning stages of writing.
