I thought this book was good, it's a bunch of Essays that the author wrote about living in the Adirondacks. There were some chapters that were kind of boring to me, but there were also some that I really enjoyed like "A Little Night Music" and "Schools Out". "A Little Night Music" was about the caroling that people did on Christmas. "Schools Out" was about the Raquette Lake school shutting down.
