We’re all familiar with what is called the content of a meeting, meaning the topics or issues that a group wants to discuss. Content is the “what” you want to do. However, each agenda topic on an agenda can benefit from having a process for the group to use. This is the “how” you go about it. Group process includes methods that engages those in the meeting to be active participants, not passive observers.
