This book has all da pie recipes. I'm really looking forward to making the Vidalia onion pie, Janes Beard's lemon slice pie, Carol's bumbleberry pie, and Junior's strawberry cheese pie. Also a surprising number of pies were named after US presidents or their wives, who knew.
