I received this as an ARC from a Goodreads Giveaway.
There were a decent bit of woo and sales pitches for coaching, which were not for me. However, there were also plenty of insights and exercises around self-worth, self-respect, confidence, boundaries, etc. Some themes may seem obvious and repetitive at times, but also need to be repeated until the message sinks in, especially for recovering people pleasers. I did not find everything in the book personally relevant. Still, I feel like I got useful information and actionable items from what I did find personally relevant.
