Nació el 05/03/1946. Escritora, Dramaturga, Maestra de Dramaturgia y Directora Teatral. Autora de más de 30 textos teatrales, entre ellos: Estática (Finalista Casa de América, 2004), Ella (1º Premio Concurso Fondo Nacional de las Artes y Premio Trinidad Guevara, 2006), Manifiesto vs Manifiesto (Premio Faena a las Artes, 2006; Premio Florencio Sánchez, 2008; 1º Premio Concurso Colihue, 2008; Premio Municipal, 2012), Esa extraña forma de pasión (2010). Beca a la Creación otorgada por el Instituto Nacional de Teatro. (2004). Docente de la Maestría en Dramaturgia en el Instituto Universitario Nacional de las Artes (IUNA). Sus textos teatrales cuentan con numerosas ediciones y han sido traducidos al inglés, al portugués, al alemán, al italiano y al checo. Algunas de sus obras han sido estrenadas en Nueva York, Washington, Londres, México, Río de Janeiro, Madrid, Montevideo, Portugal y República Checa.
