So for my class I only read the first 12 chapters. This text rocks. It is a very clear and easy to use text with lots of very easy to follow examples. I have taken this subject before but found this text to be the best at really helping me understand not only the concept but the how and why of it. I recommend this text. Oh and I got an "A" so the book was doing something right!
