A lost world story that actually starts out pretty strong, with a small group of people who are left to die by their ship’s crew in the fascinating Sargasso Sea. After a while they find a mythical island inhabited by a telepathic race. The writing unfortunately feels a little bit dated and the characters didn’t particularly stand out to me.
